Kirkwood Homes Ltd, working with Balcarres Estate, are proposing a new high-quality residential development at Colinsburgh, Fife.

This pre-application consultation relates to a prospective planning application for planning permission by Kirkwood Homes for a residential development of approximately 50 houses, of which 15 will be affordable, with associated infrastructure, access and landscaping, on land south of Main Street, Colinsburgh.

Notification of the Proposal of Application Notice (PoAN), including the consultation arrangements, was sent to Fife Council on the 22^nd September 2022.

Following guidance from the Scottish Government regarding pre-application consultation, this website has been developed to ensure that engagement can take place for members of the public who are unable to attend a live event. The same exhibition materials that will be on display at the public exhibition can also be viewed here.

A live public exhibition event will be held at Colinsburgh Town Hall (B942, Colinsburgh, Leven KY9 1LN) on Tuesday 25^th October 2022 between 3.00pm and 7.30 pm.

In addition, a live interactive web-based consultation on the proposals will take place on Wednesday 9^th November 2022, from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and then from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. This will provide members of the public and other interested parties with opportunities to contribute via the website by providing feedback and putting questions to the project team in real time.
